After high school I fell into administrative work, and I LOVED it. I never ended up wanting anything else because I loved working with computers, getting the business organized and finding ways to learn new skills. I eventually ended up going to college for a while and doing other trainings but I always wanted to go back into administrative work.
I love to organize (and color code), use automations to make things more efficient, learn new technologies and programs, plus I am a life long student. Finding out that a Virtual Assistant was an industry was a blessing and a very easy transition with my skill set.

What do you do and who do you do it for?
I'm a Virtual Assistant + Notion Consultant. I support introverted solopreneurs through overcoming the overwhelm of their overwhelming todo list, whether it's creating systems for managing email, creating social media graphics or consulting on how to make a functional Notion workspace.
Have you found work that sets your soul on fire?
OMG Yes. It's been a journey to get there because I love so many things.
I love all things productivity, organizing, automation and Notion.
I can support my clients in getting their backend organized and in sync with how they work so they can show up as their best and efficient self any day of the week.

Hi and welcome! I'm Francie. I started my business, Simply Integrated, in 2015 and have fallen madly in love with teaching small business owners how to start, grow, and market the successful and profitable business they dream about.
My knowledge and experience comes from earning an MBA and from coaching small business entrepreneurs while managing and marketing their projects.
